Peroxynitrite (ONOO) as a major reactive oxygen species plays important roles in cellular signal transduction and homeostatic regulation. Precise detection of ONOO in biological systems is vital for exploring its physiological and pathological function. Among numerous detection methods, fluorescence imaging technology using fluorescent probes offers some advantages, including simple operation, high sensitivity and selectivity, as well as real-time and nondestructive detection. In particular, ratiometric fluorescent probes, in which the built-in calibration of the two emission bands prevents interference from the biological environment, have been extensively employed to monitor the fluctuation of bioactive species. In this review, we will discuss small-molecule ratiometric fluorescent probes for ONOO in live cells or in vivo, which involves chemical structures, response mechanisms, and biological applications. Moreover, the challenges and future prospects of ONOO-responsive ratiometric fluorescent probe are also proposed.  相似文献

Conjugated polymers feature promising structure and properties for photocatalytic water splitting. Herein, a hydrolysis strategy was demonstrated to rationally modulate the surface hydrophilicity and band structures of conjugated poly-benzothiadiazoles. High hydrophilicity not only enhances the dispersions of polymeric solids in an aqueous solution but also reduces the absorption energy of water molecules. Besides, both theoretical and experimental results reveal that a more positive valence band potential is generated, which contributes to enhancing the photocatalytic water oxidation performance. Accordingly, the surface-modified conjugated polymers show largely promoted photocatalytic water oxidation activities by deposition of cobalt oxides as cocatalysts.  相似文献

Advanced machine learning(ML)approaches such as transfer learning have seldom been applied to approximate quantum many-body systems.Here we demonstrate that a simple recurrent unit(SRU)based efficient and transferable sequence learning framework is capable of learning and accurately predicting the time evolution of the one-dimensional(ID)Ising model with simultaneous transverse and parallel magnetic fields,as quantitatively corroborated by relative entropy measurements between the predicted and exact state distributions.At a cost of constant computational complexity,a larger many-body state evolution is predicted in an autoregressive way from just one initial state,without any guidance or knowledge of any Hamiltonian.Our work paves the way for future applications of advanced ML methods in quantum many-body dynamics with knowledge only from a smaller system.  相似文献

分析了采用单一同轴磁场时强流相对论多注阴极的侧端发射问题,研究了在不同磁场内半径和多注漂移管长度情况下多注电子束的传输效率。研究发现:由于引导磁场尺寸有限,高压下多注阴极杆及多注阴极柱的电子束发射是影响多注电子束传输效率的主要因素,且该部分电子束对多注漂移管入口管壁的轰击直接影响了多注速调管的重频能力。设计了采用永磁铁和同轴磁场组合工作的强流相对论多注二极管,理论分析和模拟计算证明:基于组合磁场的多注二极管可明显减弱甚至抑制多注阴极发射球头以外的电子束发射,并且组合磁场的磁场位形和强度可满足强流相对论多注电子束的高效、稳定传输。  相似文献

本文采用还原氛下的高温固相法合成了荧光粉Sr5(PO4)3F∶ Eu2+并对其性能进行了表征,同时研究了助熔剂硼酸对该荧光粉的影响.结果 表明:在1200℃还原氛下制得的荧光粉Sr5(PO4)3F∶ Eu2+,激发峰位于418 nm,发射峰位于524 nm,是能与近紫外光LED相匹配的蓝绿色荧光粉.Eu2的最佳掺杂浓度为15mo1;,对应的色坐标为(0.2871,0.4036).添加助熔剂H3BO3可以使荧光粉Sr5(PO4)3F∶Eu2+的合成温度由1200℃降低到1100℃,最佳掺杂浓度为5wt;,同时可以增加荧光粉的发光强度.  相似文献

Presented here is a class of novel axially chiral aryl‐p‐quinones as platform molecules for the preparation of non‐C2 symmetric biaryldiols. Two sets of aryl‐p‐quinone frameworks were synthesized with remarkable enantiocontrol by means of chiral phosphoric acid catalyzed enantioselective arylation of p‐quinones by central‐to‐axial chirality conversion. These aryl‐p‐quinones were then used to access a wide spectrum of highly functionalized non‐C2 symmetric biaryldiols with excellent retention of the enantiopurity.  相似文献

为消除传统单元中心型Godunov方法在求解稀疏波问题时的非物理过热现象,发展一种适用于等熵流动的交错拉氏Godunov方法.主要的特征是采用速度与热力学变量交错分布的形式,避免在单元内进行速度平均,从而消除由于动量平均过程导致的动能耗散.与传统的von Neumann型交错网格方法相比,网格的边界通量由节点处的多维黎曼求解器提供,克服了多维人工粘性选取带来的困难.为减少多维黎曼求解器在求解稀疏波问题时的非物理熵增,给出稀疏波出现的合理判据,从而保证了热力学关系式的满足.数值实验表明:该方法能很好地消除稀疏波的过热现象,同时在求解激波问题时又能保持与传统单元中心型拉氏方法相同的激波捕捉能力.  相似文献

Brillouin zone.The closed graphene system has proven to be the ideal model to investigate relativistic quantum chaos phenomena.The electromagnetic material photonic graphene(PG)and electronic graphene not only have the same structural symmetry,but also have the similar band structure.Thus,we consider a stadium shaped resonant cavity filled with PG to demonstrate the relativistic quantum chaos phenomenon by numerical simulation.It is interesting that the relativistic quantum scars not only are identified in the PG cavities,but also appear and disappear repeatedly.The wave vector difference between repetitive scars on the same orbit is analyzed and confirmed to follow the quantization rule.The exploration will not only demonstrate a visual simulation of relativistic quantum scars but also propose a physical system for observing valley-dependent relativistic quantum scars,which is helpful for further understanding of quantum chaos.  相似文献
